1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a RideCircle account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use RideCircle.
2. The Platform
RideCircle is a software platform that connects professional drivers with riders. RideCircle does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier.
3. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are independent professionals responsible for maintaining valid licensing, insurance, and a roadworthy vehicle. Drivers set their own rates and accept bookings at their discretion.
4. Rider Responsibilities
Riders are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, paying agreed-upon fares, and treating drivers with respect.
5. Payments
Ride payments are processed via Stripe. Drivers pay a flat monthly subscription. A $1 platform fee applies to each completed ride.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are displayed at booking. Refunds for completed rides are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the RideCircle support team.
7. Account Suspension
RideCircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
