Driver Platform Agreement

1. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee of RideCircle. You control your schedule, rates, and which bookings to accept.
2. Verification
You agree to submit a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and proof of an active rideshare driving account. RideCircle will review and verify before your profile appears in search results.
3. Safety & Conduct
You agree to maintain a safe vehicle, comply with all local laws, and treat riders with professionalism and respect.
4. Pricing
You set your own base fare, per-mile rate, hourly rate, airport flat rate, and minimum fare. Riders see your rates before booking.
5. Subscription
Driver access is provided via a $9.99/month subscription, charged at signup and monthly thereafter. If payment fails, your profile is hidden from search after a 3-day grace period.
6. Your Client List
Your client relationships are yours. You may export your client contact information at any time. RideCircle does not claim ownership of your client list.
7. Disclaimer
This is a placeholder agreement. The final version will be reviewed by counsel and shown for in-app acceptance at the end of driver onboarding.
